So true! I’m a homeschool graduate, and my spelling is atrocious. I’m so thankful for spell checkers! And you’re right about your other points, too. Homeschooling doesn’t guarantee godly children any more than eating vegetables guarantees that you’ll never have cancer. It may help and offer some protection, but in the end, well, this is a fallen world. And I’ve never seen two homeschool families that were exactly alike, not even among families at the same church.

Indeed! My kids are spelling-challenged, so we clearly don’t fit that stereotype. And there are no roadmaps to guarantee that our kids turn out OK – after all, they’re people just like us. Excellent post!
