When you expound to Jena, I’d love to know, too. I think I know what you meant, but if you have more detailed thoughts, I’d be very interested in hearing them.

And I’m very relieved to see that you also do simple recipes. I was just telling my mom about you today and marveling about how a homeschooling mom of nine has time to make such incredibly complicated recipes all the time.

I would like you to expound upon this:

We have never been fans of the Ezzo method/technique. My feeling has always been that they sugar coat the post modern parenting ideas (hedonistic/nacissistic) with Christian principles.

O.K. I’m glad there are a few “quickie” recipes that you DO make. I buy the Aldi brownies in a box and doll them up a little with choc. chips and such. They aren’t bad.

Me too! The oatmeal cookies on the box of Quaker Oats is a classic!
Or how about that same box of Lipton Onion soup mix sprinkled over a pot roast? Yum.
